2009 Taxpayers' Revolt
Sales Taxes are going up April 1.

Federal and State Government spending are reaching record levels.

Federal and State Government leaders are not listening to the clear opposition to more spending and tax increases.

Californians will have a Special Election May 19 to vote on six propositions that were the result of a bad deal that holds taxpayers hostage regardless of the election result.

This is your opportunity to learn and participate locally in a growing nationwide movement to reclaim our government and say Enough is Enough!

Patrick Henry Jones talking about the current City Council's reluctance to accept new taxes in the form of the Fix 5 or SCRIP fees.

It would be funnier if it wasn't so true.

Shastax President Willie Preston charging the motivated crowd with the next task - learn about the issues and take a stand against higher taxes.
